'Roar' American Brown Ale

In 2017, our “No. 2 Brown Ale” won Common Good’s first gold Ontario Brewing Award. To celebrate and show our community pride, we re-named it “Samson” in honour of the legendary male brown grizzly bear at the Toronto Zoo in Scarborough. “Samson”, the bear, sadly passed away last year, so we decided to reinterpret our Brown Ale in a lighter, friendlier format to honour the bear and all the zoo keepers who cared for him for over 25 years.
